Help with viewing Services

The full service including the sermon is uploaded to YouTube in full HD – 1080p. Choose “Watch” to view the whole service. If you don’t have a good internet connection, view in a lower quality (resolution) – for example 480p. If you are experiencing issues with the playback – pauses, breakup of picture etc, try a lower quality setting.  If you are viewing on a laptop or iPad the quality can be changed by clicking on the little “cog wheel” below the video.

Help with listening to Sermons (podcasts)

The sermon (not the rest of the service) is available by choosing “Listen”. You can listen using the Audio player on the web site. The sermons are also available on any podcasting service – Spotify, Apple podcasts, Amazon Music, etc. Search for “Westwoodhill Sermons”.

Subtitles

YouTube offers remarkably accurate automatic subtitles. Just click on the “CC” button to display the subtitles. On iPad choose the subtitles button.
